Delete your account and data
This page applies to Durak by Innovate Media. Ball Sort and Equatra have no accounts — uninstalling the app removes your local progress, and the anonymous statistics we hold cannot be linked back to you.
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open Durak → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- You are signed out everywhere immediately. The account is scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete account” and include at least one of:
- your friend code (6 characters, shown in your profile), or
- your nickname and the approximate date you last played, or
- the Google or Apple account you used to sign in (we may ask you to confirm from that account).
We will confirm within 7 days.
What happens

| Nickname, avatar, country, friends, push token, device list | deleted immediately |
| Coins, VIP status, ratings, leaderboard entries | removed; coins and purchases cannot be restored or refunded after deletion |
| Match history | kept for 30 days for dispute handling, then your identity in it is replaced by “Deleted player” |
| Purchase records (order IDs, amounts) | kept for 7 years as required by tax law, without your nickname or sign-in ID |
| Anonymous gameplay statistics | not linked to your account; kept as aggregates |
Within the 30-day window you can cancel the deletion by signing in again with the same Google or Apple account and choosing Keep account.
