Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Innovate Media (“we”, “us”) for the use of our mobile games Ball Sort, Equatra and Durak (the “Games”) and the website innovate-media.com. By installing or playing a Game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. The Games are entertainment; they contain no real-money gambling and you cannot win money.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Games — code, art, sound, names and logos — remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify, decompile, sell, rent or distribute the Games, or use them in any way not allowed by these terms.

3. Accounts (Durak)

  • Online play in Durak uses an account: a guest account tied to your device, or an account linked to Google or Apple sign-in. Linking keeps your progress if you change phones.
  • Keep your device and sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Do not sell, trade or share accounts.
  • You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account or innovate-media.com/delete-account). Deletion is permanent; coins and purchases tied to the account are lost and cannot be refunded.

4. Virtual coins and items

  • The Games may offer virtual coins, boosters, themes and VIP status (“Virtual Items”). You can earn them by playing, by watching rewarded ads, or buy them with real money through Google Play or the App Store.
  • Virtual Items have no monetary value. They are a limited licence to use features inside the Games. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other people or to other accounts, and are not refundable except where required by law or by the store’s policy.
  • We may change, rebalance, limit or withdraw Virtual Items and game economies at any time; for example to fix bugs, to keep the game fair or when we retire a feature. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
  • Durak tables use coins as stakes between players and we keep a small percentage of each pot (“rake”) to fund the game. Stakes and rake are shown before you sit down.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

  • Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Prices include applicable taxes where the store shows them.
  • VIP is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the shown price until cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes banner and interstitial ads in that Game; optional rewarded videos remain available.
  • Use Restore purchases in Settings to recover non-consumable purchases on a new device with the same store account.
  • Refund requests go through the store (Google Play / Apple). We honour the store’s decision and the consumer rights that apply in your country.

6. Fair play

To keep the Games fun for everyone, you must not:

  • use bots, scripts, modified clients, emulator farms, or exploit bugs;
  • collude with other players, use multiple accounts in the same table, or dump coins between accounts;
  • harass other players, or use offensive nicknames or avatars;
  • interfere with our servers or attempt to access other players’ data.

We may warn, restrict, reset coins, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice when necessary to protect other players. Bot opponents are always labelled “AI”. How we deal cards and test randomness is explained in our fair-play statement.

7. Ads

The Games are free thanks to ads. You can remove most ads with the Remove Ads purchase or VIP. Ad content comes from third-party networks; we do not control it and are not responsible for the products advertised. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data and how to limit personalization.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue any Game or feature, including online services, at any time. We will try to announce discontinuation of online play at least 30 days in advance in the Game. The Games are provided “as is”; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of Virtual Items, arising from the use of the Games. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Games is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Games at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue a Game. Sections 4, 6, 9, 11 and 12 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Israel — except that if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the protection of those rules and may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at innovate-media.com/terms with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms; for material changes we will show a notice in the Games.
